We offer returns or exchanges for up to 30 days after the date of purchase for any product that is unused or does not meet your expectations and is less than 30% used (if applicable).

To initiate a return or exchange for an online purchase, please contact us via email at sankotysus@gmail.com with your name and your order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you with options on how to return/exchange the item in person or else provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item and your return is approved, we will either send the exchange item or else initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
